At Laser Shark, we want you to be thrilled with your purchase! Here's a breakdown of our return and exchange policy.
Timeline for Claims
Return Requests: Submit a request within 7 days of receiving your order. We do not accept returns for "buyers remorse". Please, let us help make sure your purchase is 100% right for you! We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We will honor a return for a product that doesn't fit as described, or, is of poor visual quality.
Misprints/Damage/Defects: Report these issues within 7 days of receiving your order.
Lost Packages: File a claim within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
Claims we cover: We'll handle any errors on our part, free of charge.
Reporting Issues: If there's a problem with your order, please submit a detailed report through our website (lasyshark.com).
Shipping Policy
If a package is lost in transit, claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date. The costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order will be covered by the company. However, the company may ask for your help before doing that, like confirming with your customer that the shipping address was correct. It would also be good to double-check that your customer got in touch with the shipping carrier to try locating the lost order. It's important to keep in mind that if tracking information states an order was delivered but your customer thinks they haven't received it, the company won't take responsibility and reship that order. In that case, any replacements would have to be at your expense.
Return & Exchange Policy
Returns Process:
To expedite your return, we may request photos of your purchase and measurements. This helps us provide feedback to our manufacturers for future improvements.
You'll receive an automated email notification when we receive your return.
Unclaimed returns are donated to charity after 14 days.
Incorrect Addresses:
You are responsible for providing a valid shipping address.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, you'll be responsible for any reshipment costs.
Unclaimed Packages:
Unclaimed packages returned to us will incur reshipment charges for the buyer.
Unregistered Accounts:
Orders returned due to an incorrect address or being unclaimed will be donated to charity, and no refunds will be issued.
Face Mask Policy:
We cannot accept returns of unopened or tamper-evident hygiene products like face masks.
Returned orders containing unopened or tamper-evident face masks will be disposed of.
EU Consumer Notice:
EU Directive 2011/83/EU excludes the right of withdrawal for custom-made goods and sealed hygiene products. We reserve the right to refuse returns at our discretion under these circumstances.
Governing Language:
This policy is governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language.
